Where are you based, and which areas do you cover?
We are based in Benton, AR 72019. We inspect across all of Central Arkansas: Saline, Pulaski, Faulkner, Lonoke, White, Garland, Grant and Perry counties.
How much does a home inspection cost?
Residential inspection pricing is based on the home's total living area, starting at $355. Additional fees may apply for detached structures or specialized inspections. Discounts are available for active duty military, veterans, full-time first responders and full-time teachers, booked by phone.
What does the inspection cover?
The roof, structure, exterior, foundation and crawl space, attic and insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and interior. When a roof is too steep or not safe to stand on, we survey it from the air instead.
How do I book, and when do I get my report?
Book online or call (501) 249-4481. Most inspections take two to three hours, and your report arrives within 24 hours, usually the same evening, with photos and plain-English descriptions.
