A-Team Home Inspectors ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with lenders, insurance brokers, home warranty companies or lead buyers. We use it to schedule your inspection, deliver your report and answer your questions.
Information You Give Us
When you request a quote, book an inspection, or contact us, you may provide:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The address and details of the property to be inspected
- Your real estate agent's details, if you choose to share them
- Anything else you include in a message to us
Our scheduling and quote forms are provided by Hive Inspect, our inspection software provider. Information entered into those forms is processed by Hive Inspect on our behalf so that we can run the inspection and deliver your report.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, approximate region, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. We use Google Analytics for this.
This is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site.
How We Use Your Information

When We Share Information
We share your information only in these situations:
- With people you authorize. If you ask us to send your report to your agent, attorney, lender or a contractor, we will.
- With service providers who work for us. Our inspection software, report delivery, payment processing and website hosting providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information in response to a valid subpoena, court order or other legal obligation, or to protect the safety of any person.
Your Report
Your inspection report belongs to you. It is prepared for the client who ordered it and we do not distribute it to anyone else without your permission.
Data Retention and Security
We keep inspection records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you
- You can ask us to correct information that is wrong
- You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time

Children
This site is not directed to children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
