How long does a home inspection take?
Two to three hours for most homes. Larger, older or crawlspace properties take longer. For larger or more complex properties we can send more than one inspector to the same job.
When do I get my report?
Within 24 hours, usually the same evening. Photos, plain-English descriptions, and findings sorted by what matters.
Who performs the inspection?
An owner of A-Team Home Inspectors, never a subcontractor. Both inspecting owners are InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors.
Where are you based, and do you come to my town?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, for active duty military, veterans, full-time first responders and full-time teachers. Discounted inspections must be scheduled by phone so we can apply your rate.
